I'm the Ministry Geek!  I have a passion for helping ministry leaders grow their ministry.  I've developed a simple ministry evaluation process that will get to the heart of what is holding your ministry back without busting your budget.  I call it the REAL DEAL Ministry Evaluation because I help you identify the truth of what is going on in your ministry without holding back. Sometimes, having an expert "outsider" identify the critical issues goes a long way to helping your ministry move forward.
